Hello and welcome! My name is Deidré and I specialize in supporting others to better manage stress, to calm their nervous system and to build resilience. 

After my own experience of corporate burnout I embarked upon a transformational journey. It took many years, many tears, countless courses and endless silent retreats to fully understand what happened.

How can I better navigate this fast-paced world and

bounce back from life's inevitable stresses?

That's why I feel so passionate about sharing these tried and tested practices and helping others break free from stress-inducing patterns. Yes, there's hope!

I am a certified meditation and yoga teacher with extensive international experience and 700+ hours of formal training, grounded in a Business Science degree and Honors in Organizational Psychology (UCT).

Through my Mindfulness Coaching and Mindful Movement classes, you can empower yourself with:

Presence - Press pause, turn inwards and be present in the moment.
Movement - Create freedom in your body by releasing tension and pent-up energy through gentle exercises.
Breathing techniques - Learn to slow down your breath, your mind and find calm in the chaos. 
Understanding - Discover your body's unique stress reaction and train it to respond differently.
 

My approach is gentle, collaborative and trauma-sensitive. We work at your pace, creating a safe space for growth and exploration. Together we'll create a plan tailored to your specific needs and you are always encouraged to listen to your body. I hold your story with respect and understanding that everyone's journey is different.
