Service Description

“The separation of psychology from the premises of biology is purely artificial, because the human psyche lives in indissoluble union with the body” Carl Jung, founder of Analytical Psychology This 1-day interactive workshop weaves together psychological insight with yogic practices to help mitigate stress and build resilience. Employees are empowered with practical tools to take charge of their health and make progressive steps towards their overall well-being. This two-pronged approach addresses the needs of both the body and the mind, and speaks to Carl Jung's assertion that the two are not separate. These simple techniques offer relief for chronic stress-related symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia, musculo-skeletal pain and anxiety/depression. They can help to release heavy emotions, improve concentration, generate energy when needed, relax body and mind when feeling wired, and help reduce reactivity. There may also be positive effects on social cohesion, teamwork, conflict resolution, engagement, and HR KPIs such as productivity, absenteeism and rates of attrition.
